INSURANCE
Our Urgent Care participates with most major health plans. Please call our office at 410-205-7698 to verify whether we participate with your insurance. Please bring your active insurance card to your visit.
Our Primary Care participates with CareFirst, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Humana, Aetna Better Health and Medicaid. Additional health plans will be accepted in the near future.
PAYMENT
Payment is expected when services are rendered. This includes co-payments/co-insurance payments for all insurance types.
If you do not have insurance or choose not to use your insurance, we will provide a fee schedule detailing the self-pay cost for your visit.
PRESCRIPTIONS
If the provider prescribes medication during your visit, the prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. In certain instances, you may receive your first dose and/or medication will be administered in the office.
Click here for instructions on how to setup and access your patient account on A Clean Start’s patient portal. Creating an account allows you to view your lab results directly from our patient portal and schedule appointments with our practice as an existing patient.
Click here for instructions on how to create and access your MyQuest account. We use Quest Diagnostics to process certain labs. If you’d prefer to access your labs using Quest Diagnostics’ portal, these instructions will allow you to do so.
