PRIMARY CARE VISITS

• We accept the following health insurance plans: Aetna, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShied, CareFirst BlueChoice, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Aetna Better Health, Medicare and Medicaid.

SELF PAY PRICING

• We offer an economical Self-Pay Program for families and individuals without insurance or with insurance we do not accept. We remove the complexity and worry by charging a flat rate price for your visit and any follow-up related to your visit. All prices for each category of service is outlined below. Note: Lab tests and additional services may result in additional charges. Labs and tests cannot be purchased separately and are only performed as a part of a standard visit when deemed medically necessary.

THERAPY (Insurance is NOT accepted)

• INDIVIDUAL THERAPY EXPERIENCE - $75

• FAMILY OR GROUP THERAPY EXPERIENCE - $100
